Clemency for Tommy Junior McCrory

Tommy Junior McCrory was convicted of two counts so sexual battery. Tommy did not commit these crimes. The children were threatened with their lives if they did not lie on Tommy. These threats came from the father of one of the children who had supervised visitation with his son. Once one of the children was removed from this person, that child told the truth and told of the abuse he and his brother suffered at the hands of the person who threatened to kill them if they didn’t lie. Tommy Junior McCrory is innocent of the crimes he has been convicted of. He was sentenced to thirty-five years, five year suspended and five years probation and will have to register as a sex offender when he is released. Tommy has two children who love him dearly. These children will have to grow up without their dad and will learn of the crimes he was convicted of. They will never trust the justice system because their dad was convicted of crimes he did not commit. We are asking you to sign this petition for clemency from Governor Barbour. Tommy deserves a new trial at worst, freedom now at best.
